When the COVID lockdowns were in full swing, people all across the globe looked to the internet for connection and purpose. Gaintrust answered the call of hundreds looking for a fresh start, to get in shape and greet their future freedom as their best selves.
Our growing community have gotten to know each other through their shared dedication, desire for growth, and self-improvement. Our networks are powerful and provide access to our members for many perspectives of success.
Our coaches have decades of combined experience, a hunger for knowledge, and want to see you succeed. We teach you about fixing your relationship with food, how to get the absolute most out of your training, and the type of mindset required to achieve your goals.

Join us every Monday night for our check-ins, where we discuss important concepts and information to help guide you on your fitness journey both in and out of the gym. It's a great opportunity to connect with our community, ask questions, share insights, and update us on your progress from the previous week of training.

We are here to facilitate your growth. It’s your job to show up each week and put the work in. We release new workout programs every Sunday night. Each program lasts for 12-20 weeks and is focused around the many different principles and theories around training.
Whatever your goals are, we’re here to help you realize them by helping you get organized, make the right choices, and stick with them! We’ve had countless success stories from people trying to lose weight, put on muscle, and body recomposition. If you put the work in and follow our direction, you WILL see the results you are after.
